When will my Machine ship ?
(Dune or Winchester) Dunes are still shipping and Winchester production units started shipping the last week in October. It will be slow until the New Year as the line gets used to the new build. Labyrinths ship immediately as the production run is complete.
You will get an email about 4 weeks out from your build date to finalize shipping and final payment.
Please don’t email about the schedule as you will get the same answer as above.
Will there be any additional Winchester Mystery House machines made?
Unfortunately no. We announced the run of 525 and that’s all we will make. We think it’s important to be transparent to your customers and not change the offerings once they have bought into the release.
What number is my machine?
We don’t number any machines until they come out of production and pass QC. It’s the last thing a game gets before it goes in a box. As to when it is shipping, see above.
Who are you guys?
When you buy an alternate backglass do you still get the original machine backglass?
Yes! The machines all ship with the original backglasses installed. Alternate backglasses ship in their own box and are customer installed.
Does the machine work on power outside of the US and what do you need to do?
Our 48v power supply can handle input voltage from 100-240 volts. Just change out the power cord and transformers are auto switching. It is also compatible with 50-60 hz.
