Who are you guys?
When you buy the alternate backglass do you still get the Bowie backglass?
Yes! The Bowie glass will be installed the alternate one ships in its own box inside the machine carton.
Does the machine work on power outside of the US and what do you need to do?
Our 48v power supply can handle input voltage from 100-240 volts. Just change out the power cord and transformers are auto switching. It is also compatible with 50-60 hz.
