When will my machine ship?
Machines are shipping now. We are confident that invoices 562-717 will ship between December 1st and the end of May. You cannot interpolate as to how many machines this is because there are several invoices with more than one machine on them for Distributors.
We don’t want to promise anything before we are confident that your date is fairly close. As production continues to ramp up, these dates could change.
The alternate backglass ships with machine box (you get both)
Toppers and Nipper Rod will ship this winter.
When will I know about my final payment?
You will receive an email about 2-3 weeks before your machine is ready to leave so you can complete your payment. The CC and ACH currently take about 6 days to settle (because we are a new business, this time frame will get better next year). After payment settlement, we will schedule your shipment. If you move, please contact us so we can update your invoice and keep it current.
What is the height of the machine with and without the topper?
The machine is 76.25 inches tall out of the box and with the topper right at 92.25
When you buy the alternate backglass do you still get the Bowie backglass?
Yes! The Bowie glass is installed and the alternate comes in a box packed inside the machine carton.
Does the machine work on power outside of the US and what do you need to do?
Our 48v power supply can handle input voltage from 100-240 volts. Just change out the power cord and you need to flip a switch on the 12v supply from 110v to 240v. It is also compatible with 50-60 hz.
