What do I need to do to enter the raffle?
Here is the short version:
Step 1: create an account at shop.kollectfun.com or add the required information to your existing account.
Make sure when registering for your account, you must provide your name, address, phone number and e-mail. If you have an account already log in and go to your dashboard and make sure your address and phone number are correct.
Step 2: After registering for your account, go to your dashboard and click Register My Machines. Enter your machine(s) number and a legible photograph of the Labyrinth relic plate from your machine(s). If you have more than one machine you may register both.

Terms and Conditions
RAFFLE PERIOD:
March 21, 2025-April 30, 2025.
DRAWING DATE:
On or about May 1, 2025.
ELIGIBILITY:
To enter, you must be: (1) Eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) Cannot be an employee, officer, director or agent of the Project Pinball Charity, Barrels of Fun, or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries or promotion agencies (collectively Sponsor and its affiliates and related individuals); and (4) Cannot be an immediate family member or living in the same household of any individual identified in (3) above. (5) Cannot be a Distributor for Barrels of Fun or immediate family member living in the same household.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Limitations may be included in states, which prohibit raffles as a form of gambling. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations. If deemed as prohibited or restricted, please do not enter. All local or state liability is the responsibility of the entrant. CHECK LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
HOW TO ENTER:
All Project Pinball Machine Raffles are a randomized drawing. To constitute a complete entry, you must register your Barrels of Fun Labyrinth pinball machine at shop.kollectfun.com. Step 1: create an account at shop.kollectfun.com or add the required information to your existing account. When registering for your account, you must provide your name, address, phone number and e-mail. By registering you are agreeing to receive communications (electronic or by mail) from Barrels of Fun concerning marketing, game information, news and updates. Step 2: After registering for your account, go to your dashboard and click Register My Machines. Enter your machine(s) number and a legible photograph of the Labyrinth relic plate from your machine(s). An entry will not be entered into the drawing unless this information is given as stated above. Incomplete entries are void. After entering the required information in all the fields online and clicking on the submit button, you will immediately be entered in a database for a random drawing to win the prize offered in the raffle.
Participants may enter only once per owned machine during the course of the raffle period as outlined above. Any disputes over the ownership of said machines will be arbitrated by Barrels of Fun. The potential winning entry must provide Project Pinball Charity and Barrels of Fun with final proof that they are the legal owner of the registered Labyrinth machine, and they are the named person in the registered account. Every potential winner will be verified before any prize will be awarded. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. Project Pinball Charity, Barrels of Fun and there affiliates and related individuals will not accept correspondence or telephone inquiries regarding the status of entries or the administration of the raffle.
By entering this raffle, each participant agrees to be bound by these official rules and by all decisions of Project Pinball Charity and Barrels of Fun. All decisions by the respective companies regarding all aspects of the raffle shall be final.
SELECTION OF WINNERS:
One (1) winner for the prize will be selected from among all entrants in a random drawing to be held on the date as listed. After background verification, the winners will be notified by email. To claim the prize, the winner must: (1) Respond as directed within ten (10) days of the first notification attempt; and (2) return to Project Pinball Charity, by the date, and in the manner Project Pinball Charity directs in writing. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to timely respond or comply with any of these requirements or if Project Pinball Charity determines the winner ineligible or disqualified, then, in Project Pinball Charity’s sole discretion, the winner may be disqualified, and the Prize forfeited. By accepting a prize, the winner grants permission for Project Pinball Charity’s and Barrels of Fun the use of the name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements of winner for advertising/publicity purposes without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.
PRIZE DRAWING:
The winning machine number will be selected randomly via Certified Random Number Generator.
The potential winner shall be notified via e-mail at the address provided by the registration. At the discretion of the Project Pinball (Charity), and subject to the approval of the Florida Secretary of State, the Charity may extend or modify the Prize Drawing date, time, and location. The Charity’s Certified Games Manager/Founder is the final authority in the event of any disputes regarding any of the drawings.
ODDS OF WINNING:
Project Pinball Charity will conduct a drawing through which one (1) winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received in accordance with these rules. Odds of winning are based on the number of qualified entries submitted for the raffle. Maximum odds are 1:1004, depending on how many of the produced games are manufactured.
WINNER’S LIST:
The winner will be posted at http://projectpinball.org/pinballmachineraffles/ and on the Barrels of Fun websites and social media.
The winner’s list will be updated after each drawing date.
PRIZES:
The winning prize is: One (1) A brand new pinball machine (game 2 from Barrels of Fun. (2) Shipping will be the responsibility of the winner. Barrels of Fun will work with the winner to send the game by their choice of carrier or they may pick it up in person and receive a factory tour at the Barrels of Fun location in Houston, Texas. All shipping expenses are responsibility of the winner. Project Pinball Charity shall have no further obligation to the prize winner for warranty of product or other similar guarantees. Barrels of Fun warranties their products. The prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE AND MAY NOT BE SOLD; no substitutions or cash awards allowed. Any taxes, customs regulations, security mandates, and/ or duties/fee on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner will receive an IRS form 5754 to collect information so that they can prepare a W-2G to file with their income tax for the winning year.
WEBSITE FUNCTION:
Entrant acknowledges and accepts that, although reasonable measures are implemented to provide access to the website 24/7, there is no warranty that the website will be error-free, and function properly at all times. The Charity and Barrels of Fun shall not be liable for errors occurring on the website, which includes the account registration or machine registration system.
Although security precautions meeting or exceeding industry standards are used on the websites, the Charity nor Barrels of Fun cannot guarantee that the website will be free of security, including, but not limited to, unauthorized interception of data or communications. Should an error occur on the website, you are encouraged to contact the Charity at 239-287-5497 or submit a support ticket at kollectfun.com to report the error and complete your registration. The Charity and Barrels of fun are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the website, including damages caused by performance, error, interruption, defect, delay in operation, computer virus, or other server malfunction.
USE OF INFORMATION:
By entering the raffle, you agree that your entry and any other personally identifiable information collected or used in connection with the raffle may be used by the Project Pinball Charity and Barrels of Fun in accordance with their privacy policies. The prize winner’s name and state of residence will be posted on the website. We will not share nor will we sell any names and their corresponding emails with any third parties.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS RAFFLE, EACH PARTICIPANT RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS PROJECT PINBALL CHARITY, BARRELS OF FUN, THEIR AFFILIATES AND RELATED INDIVIDUALS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, EXPENSES, INJURIES, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS RAFFLE OR FROM ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS BASED ON DEATH, PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
By participating in this raffle, each participant further agrees that any, and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this raffle, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a state court within the state of Florida. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceable of these official rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Project Pinball Charity in connection with the raffle, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether the state of Florida or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Florida. Project Pinball Charity reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this raffle or any website related to this raffle, acting in violation of these official rules or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using any such method. Project Pinball Charity is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by users of any website related to this raffle, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this raffle or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in this raffle. Project Pinball Charity assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of, any website related to this raffle or any technical failure or malfunction. The Project Pinball Charity does not warranty the winning machine but Barrels of Fun does. Any parties in this transaction will not be responsible for any cost incurred after that warranty period.
Project Pinball Charity and Barrels of Fun is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this raffle or use of any website related to this raffle. If, for any reason, this raffle is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, by reason of, infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in Project Pinball Charity’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this raffle, Project Pinball Charity reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this raffle, and select winners from entries received prior to action taken, as Project Pinball Charity, in its sole judgment, deems fair and in accordance with these official rules without notice to entrants. In the event that this raffle is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Project Pinball Charity reserves the right to discontinue or modify this raffle or to disqualify participants residing in any affected geographic areas. In such an event, Project Pinball Charity shall not have any liability to any participants who are disqualified as a result of said action.
